Insulating Materials:
Neopor insulating materials offer greater insulating performance and up to 50 % lower use of raw materials than conventional EPS, helping environmental conservation and saving money. Environmentally-friendly Neopor® insulating materials do not contain CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs or other halogenated cell gases. Instead they contain air as cell gas, which guarantees the preservation of the thermal conductivity throughout the life of the construction.
National Fiber makes Cel-Pak Cellulose Insulation using over-issue newsprint (daily newspapers that went unpurchased), paper drive paper, and other high-quality recycled paper, all refined to cellulose fiber. Unlike other manufacturers, we hand sort our paper to remove glossy inserts like ads and coupons, twine, metal – anything that isn’t good, clean uncoated paper stock, making Cel-Pak the cleanest cellulose insulation you can buy. Pro Clima airtight tapes offer solutions to seal both interior junctions (vapor closed, airtight) and exterior connections (vapor open and waterproof) which prevents drafts, discomfort, condensation, mold and structural decay.
HRVs / ERVs:
Zehnder is the choice for large residential and small commercial projects or schools, the CA 550 has a maximum capacity of 325 cfm. The CA 550 has all the features of our smaller capacity units, including ECM motors for energy efficiency and ease of balancing, summer by-pass cooling, frost protection mode, and optional resistance pre-heater and ERV option. Sheathing:
ZIP System wall sheathing provides a rigid and continuous air barrier assembly to significantly reduce air leakage, contributing to comfort and energy efficiency.
