Phase 1 - Preparation & Demolition
Date: 2012 - April 21st - May 8th
Site was prepared for landscaping and space was made available for the building materials, the influx of vehicles and a large trash container.
In addition, demolishing work began on the existing features interally and externally as renovations commenced.

There were a couple of interesting finds including some rotten wood in the demolition. Walls were removed inside and the house was de-shingled.
